They arrived on time, took their shoes off before entering, and had loads of samples to show me. Tim expertly measured each window while Cindy answered all my questions and concerns. When the blinds arrived, they set up a date to put them up. Again they arrived on time and within a couple of hours all was done to my satisfaction. I will recommend them to my friends and extended family. They are efficient, well versed on their product, and easy to work with.
