  My wife and I hired Crossroads to complete a near full renovation of our home and couldn't be happier with the end result. Everyone at Crossroads - from the design and scope of work teams at the start of the project, to the carpenters and project managers throughout the project, were exceptional. A special shout out to Josh, Keri, Darren, Sam, Kim, Keith, Craig, Jeff, and everyone else who worked extremely hard to make our dreams a reality. While there are too many pictures to post for a Google review, if you want an idea of how good they are, check out our master bathroom (which was just one part of their scope of work). The picture with purple walls was our old bathroom, the other two show what it looks like now!

  Our recent basement and elevator project with Crossroads Contracting stands out as our most exceptional builder experience to date. While we initially found the cost of construction daunting and my wife was concerned about the duration of the entire process, we have come to appreciate both the procedure and the value that Crossroads Contracting provided. Living in a home undergoing construction or renovation is seldom without discomfort, but every individual from Crossroads and its subcontractors demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, and respect for our property and privacy. Crossroads made every effort to mitigate the dust and inconvenience. Josh and Tim devised an elegant and practical design solution based on our input, meeting our requirements effectively. Tim's visualizations were instrumental in communicating the proposal clearly, which greatly facilitated our commitment to the project. Shaun and Sam ensured continuous progress at each stage of the work, minimizing downtime between various subcontractors, even amidst five holidays throughout the project's span. They consistently kept us informed about every phase and the status of the subcontractors' involvement. Wayne and Kim executed all rough and finish carpentry with precision and quality in mind. Their suggestions and decisions frequently enhanced the final product's quality and appearance. The electrical, drywall, and painting subcontractors exhibited professionalism and delivered high-quality work. Witnessing the extensive effort and expertise dedicated to "our little basement project," and the superior results achieved, we are thoroughly pleased with the value that Crossroads Contracting delivered. Six months later, we are still thrilled with the work that Crossroads Contracting did for us. We would not hesitate to engage them for any future projects or to recommend their services to family and friends.

  Had a large remodel done and would not use them again. Poor attention to detail and poor execution of nearly all finishing. mirrors hung crooked, electrical switches that didn't work, the floors were finished in the wrong color and frankly, we had to live there and could not afford to push a timeline back in order to rectify the hardwood throughout the entire first floor. cabinets and appliances were installed with scratches and dents. Granted they were replaced when we pointed it out but, most contractors would notice and rectify without the need for customer concerns and requests. very disorganized and one of the men working on our home flat out lied. the carpenter was excellent and the tradesmen were excellent but as far as the way this business was run, I'd say do just that, run.

  We shopped around for a company to help us with a large kitchen remodel. Once we met with Josh and heard about how Crossroads operates we were thrilled. An initial concern we had was that they are a distance from us and that they wouldn't be prompt to come fix little things once the bulk of the job was done. This was not an issue as they were always responsive and got every little thing done. They pride themselves on making sure the customer is happy as you can see from the reviews. We had a wonderful experienced working with everyone. We were also so impressed with the quality of the work and how well they cleaned up at the end of the day. We would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them without reservations.

  We just finished our second project with Crossroads. The second time was as smooth as the first! Will definitely consider them again if we ever want to do anything else.
