His email communication and management of payments were very efficient. On the day of installation, James and Francis communicated clearly about their arrival time, removed the old unit, assembled the new unit, exhibited extraordinary patience while fitting the new unit into a challenging space, performed a test run of both washer and dryer, packed up the shipping materials and left my home neat and clean. Throughout, James and Francis had a confident, easy manner and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill.
