I initially used this company’s services on May 10, 2017, when they installed all the gutters on my house. From the beginning, the quote was clear, and the work was done perfectly. That’s when I met Jeff and Chester, two of the technicians who completed the job. They were the best—professional, skilled, and friendly—and the entire experience was very positive. On December 8, 2025, I contacted them again, this time to upgrade my home gutters. Since the original installation in 2017, I hadn’t had any issues with the gutters; I simply wanted an upgrade. By December 10, they scheduled an appointment for a quote. Jeff arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my ideas for the new gutters. My installation appointment was scheduled for January 19, 2026, but it was canceled due to a major snowstorm the day before. After that, a month went by without any contact from the company, so I reached out to Jeff. After several attempts to reschedule, Erik, the dispatcher, finally called me on March 11, 2026, to schedule the work for March 16, 2026, between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. However, at 10:51 AM on March 16, I received a text from Erik canceling the work due to rain. In the same message, I asked Erik for the company’s main phone number so I could call to cancel my order, but he refused to give it. Overall, my initial experience with the company was excellent, especially thanks to Jeff and Chester’s professionalism and quality work. More recently, while Jeff remained professional and helpful, the scheduling delays, poor communication, and the dispatcher's unprofessional behavior have been disappointing. The company’s customer service during this recent gutter upgrade did not meet the high standards I experienced in 2017.
