These folks were very knowledgeable and helpful in better understanding our private sewer system and discouraged us from doing what they felt was unnecessary testing. They also analyzed our two lift stations and felt it was unnecessary to attempt to extract the pump given the risks of creating a problem where none presently exists. They determined the manufacturer and specifications for the pump so when the pump does eventually have problems they can quickly address the issue. They will definitely be our “go to” guys for any issues we have in the future.

We were blown away by the outstanding service provided by Granite State Sewer & Drain Cleaning. I called and spoke with Sean first thing in the morning after we noticed our septic tank had backed up the night before, and they were at our house within an hour to diagnose the problem. They then sent a second crew less than two hours later to pump the septic tank.
Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and professional, which made a stressful situation so much better. They explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. Highly recommend Granite State Sewer & Drain Cleaning!
