  I called Temperature by Design to set up an appointment to have my Fall service performed on my furnace. Dalton, the service technician, came by and took care of the PM. He reviewed the work performed with me and provided an overall assessment of the condition of my furnace. Dalton is a first class act. He's such a pleasant young man - always respectful, polite and friendly. I'll look forward to calling Temp by Design in the future and having Dalton perform our service in the Soring or sooner if the need arises.
