We were blown away by the outstanding service provided by Granite State Sewer & Drain Cleaning. I called and spoke with Sean first thing in the morning after we noticed our septic tank had backed up the night before, and they were at our house within an hour to diagnose the problem. They then sent a second crew less than two hours later to pump the septic tank.
Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and professional, which made a stressful situation so much better. They explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. Highly recommend Granite State Sewer & Drain Cleaning!

I own a local salon and we called in granite state to help with a drainage issue with our toilets. My husband was made aware that there was a service fee also a night charge and there would be a fee to remove the toilets. When we received the bill, there was a charge for a Camera fee that was over $300. That was never used a charge for a tool that couldn’t be used a 3.9% credit card fee, which is astronomically high and they damage the floors in my bathroom. The total bill ended up coming to $1165.23. I called and asked the receptionist to explain to me how we were getting charged for all these other things and she told me my husband okayed it. All my husband knew about was the service fee the night charge fee and the removal of the toilets which one wasn’t even put back on. They couldn’t complete the service because they did not know how to deal with the frozen pipes. I have no problem paying for a service but this charge is astronomically high for a service that was not completed.
