Generac corp gave me three names and from the start Cole guided me through the initial consultation to the scheduling process with Andrea to the final hook up and testing with Jimmy and Drew. Finally Mandy guided me through options for a service contract. I am amazed at how professional Chamberlin is and if you are in the market for A Generac, you owe it to yourself to call them! PS Cole also told me about an interest free payment option which was not told to ne by the other two companies.
