I called Al Terry Plumbing, Heating & AC in a panic and explained my situation. They scheduled me a technician the next morning. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Before close of business my hot water heater was replaced and the new one was operating perfectly. Al Terry has always been there for us when we needed them. I trust them with my home and my family. The staff were extremely accommodating, understanding, and very knowledgeable. They were prompt in providing updates and letting me know when they were on their way. While in my home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. They were respectful, thoughtful, and easy to have around, even while I continued my workday. Before starting the project, they walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood what was going to happen. At the end, they reviewed the completed work with me and carefully explained the receipt. Warren and Drake were an absolute delight to have in my home. They were kind and respectful not only to me and my home but to one another during the entire job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
