  Exceptional communication, very knowledgeable on radon and related issues, above-and-beyond support, timely, and courteous. I do very few reviews, but Ryan Farley provided us with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Ryan and AirFlow Pro for radon mitigation. I am an actual customer and have no other affiliation with this company, its owner, or any employees. Thanks!

  They figured out a problem that another company couldn't solve. I had EXTREMELY high radon and no matter how many times I called the original company to get my levels below 4 they just couldn't figure it out. Ryan's team was finally the team to figure it out. The sealed every crack and seam in the basement to create strong suction. Then when they looked in the attic, they saw the first fan was installed incorrectly and wasn't working nearly as well as it should. They were so thorough and professional. I'm finally at ease that my radon issue is solved after worrying for years.

  We reached out after using a sensor for radon air and seeing the numbers way too high for our liking. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and scheduled to come take a look. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily for us. After doing his own testing and seeing the numbers even higher, we decided to get a mitigation system put in. He completed the job in a timely fashion, kept to themselves and were very respectful of our space. Since we have had the system put in our numbers are way lower. They even made the system to fit in and conceal against our house so it didn't look super obvious. They were great to work with.

  Knowledgeable, Professional with Great Customer Service! First let me say that I could not be happier with the service, expertise, support and final outcome at my home by Ryan and his team. I was a bit apprehensive as I had little information regarding radon measurements & the mitigation process. Ryan provided an excellent overview (including EPA articles) and then kept me up to date on the step by step process. Ryan found that the builder system was not installed properly but was able to reduce the radon level in my home from +40 to less that 1. EPA currently suggests a level of 4 or below. Don't let new construction fool you. You should measure right away. One take away is that every home is unique and Ryan made sure my new home safe and the results provide me with peace of mind with every breath! JB Auburn NH
