He comes when he says, and has great communication on any issues, increased costs, timing of projects etc. he was happy to give options to save money without compromising quality! We have used him 2 times in the last 6 months for a list of various projects from replacing wood siding, fixing windows, changing out appliances, replacing a whole wall due to dry rot in our 120 year old house. He was able to coordinate electrical and plumbing for the appliances. We couldn’t be more pleased!! Thank you Nick for a job well done! We look forward to more projects in the future!
