  We use Capital Well for all our water needs, which include new well and new water filtration system. We have also been relying on Capital Well for the annual service of our water filtration system; and for that, Shayne from Capital Well has been servicing our system for the last few years. Shayne is very knowledgeable in his field of work as well as being personable and friendly. We would highly recommend Capital Well to friends and family.

  Tony came back today to check on our system we had installed a couple weeks ago. He’s very personable, goes above and beyond and does an incredible job answering all of our questions! Very happy with Capital well and our new whole home system!

  Can't get much better than Capital Well. Had our well pump, pressure tank, and water filter replaced last year and just had an annual inspection and service today. In both cases, every employee...from the initial contact, to the project manager, to the installers and service tech, was courteous, explained the procedures, kept us informed, and answered our questions in non-technical language. Price was better than their competitors for the quality equipment they installed. Unconditionally recommend Capital Well.

  Very honest company. Fast, efficient, Knowledgeable and friendly. Great service! They sent the two nicest guys out to my elderly fathers house the same day and within a few hours of my call to request service when the water stopped working. Shawn and Taylor worked quickly and diagnosed the problem and repaired broken wires connected to pump. They examined the old pump and gave me a free estimate on replacement which will be needed soon since pump was installed in 1998. They sanitized the well and gave me instructions on how to do the flush. I Highly recommend Capitol Well and Artisan and will be calling them to replace the old pump and wiring in the near future! Thank you so much Shawn and Tyler for getting the water back on within just a few hours!

  Nick and Tyler are two of the hardest working, nicest, smartest, and amazing well service men that have ever walked this earth!! They spent time studying our unique well set up. They honored my late father with their respect and awe of his talented craftmanship setting up our unique well pump! They worked so hard to get us water during one of the worst times in our lives and we appreciate it more than words can say! They were professional, courteous, and kind the whole time at my home! Nick and Tyler really brought my family and I so much comfort and relief with their help finding and addressing our well pump issue. Bless them for their effort and time put into finding out the problem and coming up with a solution! The whole time treating us with such consideration I would give them 100 gold stars for their amazing and wonderful customer service and work ethic! Thanks Capitol Well and Nick and Tyler!we are all forever grateful!
