They cleaned up the plumbing, added helpful shutoffs, used the space efficiently, then explained everything well. Highly recommended!

- RWRobert WyattDec 31, 20255.0Capitol Well service technicians Nick and Alec were returning from a Bedford job when they were redirected to our house at about 3:00 PM. Our water supply failed earlier that afternoon. They found the problem was the well pump had failed. Fortunately for us, they had the exact pump and related supplies necessary in their truck. It was about 5:00 PM, the sun had set, and the bitterly cold wind chill was relentless. Amazingly, they promised to continue working until the repairs were done. Over the next two+ hours they proceeded to pull up 375’ of pipe to swap in the new pump and wiring, and put everything back together for us. Amazing work by Nick and Alec, much appreciated by my wife and I. A 10 out of 10 in our opinion! Thank you Nick and Alec, Capitol Well service technicians.
