After some discussion, they offered to send someone out to evaluate or they could give me a new handle if I am comfortable installing on my own. I was happy to give it the old college try and install myself. It was a great customer service experience and I appreciate the options they provided to rectify my issue right there on the spot . Well done to the young lady that assisted me, much appreciated!

A building permit was required by my town, so I needed to wait on the town to approve it before the installation could be scheduled - I wish I had done that earlier.

My salesman Jeff B. was excellent, making sure that the shed I wanted was built to my specifications and needs, asking what would be stored inside, especially weight and size, which made a difference that I didn't think of. The crew that assembled it onsite were also great! I am very happy with my new shed.
