I interviewed and spoke with several contractors for the complete gut renovation of a finished basement after extensive water damage and am very happy that I chose Peter. Here is where they go above and beyond: They show up on time for the consult. They provide an indemnification agreement and certificate of insurance (as a commercial insurance professional, I know how important this is!) in a well-presented contract and quotation. They provide continuous and fantastic communication and a website that allows you to check in on the progress, timeline, and photos of the job in stages of completion - something that was invaluable to me, since I was not situated at the location they worked at. They stick to the projected timeline, and use subs that clearly know their trade and do a fantastic job. I am super pleased with the finished job and with this company! A++!

Everything new… two bathrooms, total makeover in the kitchen, floors and all fresh paint throughout. They started and finished ahead of schedule and totally on budget! There was great communication between his team, my decorator, and me. After the job, I needed a little help with a few more things and they were very responsive and quick! Highly recommend….use them, you’ll be glad you did!!

We didn’t want any structural changes. They listened to our wants & needs and delivered everything we asked for and more. They were dependable, respectful of our property, provided great design ideas and kept the construction zone as clean as they could considering it was construction. They were quick to accommodate our needs for a working shower quickly. All in all excellent workmanship and quality management throughout the entire process.
