He took all my boxes that were in storage and provided a plastic pallet to put them on. He replaced all the insulation with the mold and used new plastic, which I requested to cover the insulation. He went above and beyond his job requirement which meant the world to me not many people do that anymore. thank you for your excellent service, Dean!
