We also strive to provide the same personalized heating and cooling service to our commercial clients that we do to our residential customers. - MFMichael Foye3 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience with the tech or techs that came to my house they were extremely professional and did a fabulous job now the first and initial tech was very professional and I give all the glory to him but together after the work was done we all had a great conversation and they left with me feeling very confident with patriot once again. My only gripe was the 18 fee for credit card run if I would’ve known that, I would’ve paid On the spot as I planned initially, but because we are all talking for a long time after the work was done I had to go, so I kind of rushed everybody out of there. It’s nobody’s fault, but if I would’ve known about the fee, I wouldn’t have been billed I would have Paid on the spot, but other than that five star review!! I also need to expound on something and that is the negative comments I have read and the negative reviews and I do not understand where any of that comes from but as a tradesman myself I know how it is to upset a customer easily and unjustifiably. But I can say 100% certain that patriot is a solid company example I had to reschedule twice. They had no issue with it at all and on the day of my appointment there was construction, and the tech could not get to my driveway so he called me and we worked it out, but in the meantime, another tech, I believe his supervisor walked up to my house from a distance because of the construction just to make sure I was OK and happy and I was taken back I was shocked, and then shortly after the tech arrived after the construction was done and their work was perfect. Everything went perfectly and they were professional, and I will use them again and again this is the third time I’ve used them and every single time has been perfect. I hope this shed some light on How this company runs. A+ plus.

But in the end patriot fixed the problem and made it right. Since then the have installed a new gas furnace for my son and a new oil furnace for my neighbor. There price is fair, they come when they say, and the installation is quick and professional. great bunch of guys to work with.
