Granite State Solar did everything they said they would in our preliminary meeting. They expedited all the permits and kept us informed every step of the way. They finished on the schedule we agreed to, enabling use to complete the project before the federal tax rebate expired. Thomas and Ashley were knowledgeable and patient with use through all of our questions. They were also helpful in setting up the apps we needed to monitor our new system. The people who installed our solar system were professional and conscientious.

Great experience, so glad I moved forward with Solar. GSS made it a seamless process from quote to go live. The panels look great on my roof and I can monitor everything from my phone.

We've been interested in solar since moving in last April, having enjoyed the benefits at our previous home. Granite State Solar sent Thomas to evaluate our property, and he provided three excellent proposals—we chose the 30-panel roof option. We were hoping to complete installation before year-end for tax incentives, and in early October they called about a cancellation opening and started that same day! The crew was professional and efficient, and the team kept us informed throughout the entire process. Now we're up and running with our new system and can monitor everything through the mobile app—couldn't be happier with the experience!

I had quotes from several installers, and apparently, they don't bother to learn the fire codes for each town. GGS rep. Tim F. met with my town building inspector and was able to quote more panels on my roof than other companies and maximize the output. The quote was competitive, all the permits were executed, and the installation was on time and professional. GGS estimated I would just break even on my electric bill, which it did and then some- after 18 months of operation, I just received a credit refund from Eversource for $390!

We did our install in August 2022.
Overall performance is good.
The system stops reporting often so that's annoying.
I am more disappointed with the way the install went and how it was misrepresented in the beginning.. we wanted the install to be place on a huge ledge overlooking our farm. Great use of an area with no other real value. We were told they could not install on ledge. So we placed it elsewhere and we're then charged extra to supposedly drill "through ledge". Hmmm??? This area is in a field where there is no ledge but there are field stones. If you use GSS I would make sure you get everything in writting with zero wiggle room. We DO NOT recommend.
