Receptionist confirmed that the tech was not worried and was happy to still come out. Technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. Replaced my expansion tank on my furnace and did a tune up in a couple of hours. The consistently great service, reasonable price, and in depth knowledge of this company has earned a customer for life. Great job to everyone at Hometown for your amazing business model and stellar employees!

In a heating emergency after a snow storm, I called a few companies and they were the only ones who answered the phone and I’m so happy they did! Heather is an absolute sweetheart, Jordan is fantastic for calling us to explain things, and Will is so polite and an absolute champ for battling our boiler issues - plus he made quick friends with our dog!
