This was our first maintenance appointment with Skillings since they installed a comprehensive water conditioning system (acid neutralizer, PFAS remediation, softener) a year ago. Two techs. Very professional and courteous.
One minor issue, which is partly my fault: They replaced our sediment filter, using a new filter from an 8-pack I leave in the utility room. I had replaced the cartridge only a month earlier, while I typically change it every 4 months, and was not expecting them to change it.
So if you replace your cartridges yourself (as I expect most homeowners do) make sure they know that.

Technician was on time, very knowledgable and explained everything to me. He assured me that the system was working as intended and told me what items he changed. He was also very polite and personable. Skillings has been our company for water treatment for years. There are other companies but they are the best. If you want it done right. Call skillings

Called Skillings 10am and they had a crew at my house by 2 pm. The crew was amazing as they diagnosed the issue quickly pulled the pump and replaced it with the wiring and had it all repaired in 2 hours. They even went the extra mile to adjust the pressure switch to improve the water pressure. Pricing was very reasonable and was as it was quoted.

No one wants to replace a water well. Skillings worked hard and made every reasonable attempt to help us avoid the need to drill a new one. They walked us through every step. In the end, we went ahead and had them drill a new one in a pretty small congested area. The team was again very communicative every step of the way. All the crews were respectful and professional. Jeff and Tim were the best and went out of their way to make a difficult process go smoothly. Thanks to all.
