  3 stars because I like the new carpet and the installers did a great job but the new owners are super unorganized and rude. Emailed me 6 months after my installation and asked why I didn’t make my last payment. Litterally in that tone. How about calling me and asking me nicely?? I wasn’t aware of another payment was left!!! Holly said “we emailed you an invoice months ago”. No they didn’t! If I got your email now, no way did an old email come and went to my junk mail. than she says “well mixed communication with switching ownership is probably why you didn’t get it”. Instead of getting a “sorry or our mistake”. Than we call in payment to the guy who does billing and he forgets to run in through. He took our card number but never charged us. Holly emails me recently saying “why didn’t you pay this bill like we agreed” again rude!! I told her we did and come to find out it was their mistake not ours. They didn’t charge us back when we called. So now she wants us to pay again. So unorganized!!! She’s part of Jacobi floors in Hastings so not even local anymore anyhow. We switched to another place to do our main level remodels after that experience

  Once the work was started, it was finished in good time and the shower turned out to be beautiful.

  Work was handled quickly and efficiently. I walked in 2 days after a water leak and was set up, measured, and ready to go within a week! Staff was super helpful and friendly; excellent communication and follow up when we experienced more issues than what we originally planned for. The workmanship was great and we are thrilled with the turn out.

  There were very helpful helping us chose the carpet we were looking for and the workman ship was wonderful on the installation.
