Any issues I had, no matter how minor they were, were corrected right away no questions asked. I am certain you will not get any better customer service anywhere else. Every company needs a Charlie!!

Dustin listened to what we were looking for in a floor plan and adjusted the plan while also offering suggestions for us to consider. Rob and Rick were always available to answer any questions we had. Tammy was very friendly and could direct us to whom we needed to visit with about any questions.

- AGAshley GormleyAug 20, 20171.0Horrible company! Very rude! Had numerous problems with them. They hired quality fence (horrible fence company) for my fence in the back yard. We had problems with quality fence from day one. Prairie homes would not let me choose a different fence company bc they had already signed with quality fence. Three years later and my fence still blows down in the wind. I will definitely choose a different company next time I decide to build.

Won't repair mistakes done on their behalf. they have the "right" to do this, we signed a "contract" so you can't do this, we're going to charge you this. It's always something...this whole process was very dreadful, stay away!
