  Our furnace wasn’t working. We call and within 45 minutes Mike showed up. Got it up and running again. Super friendly and very informative!

  Had a horrible situation in our basement (older, leaky, rusted pipes in concrete) Best Plumbers, Jesse Olson and Nathan spent 2 days in tight quarters and left a new system with ALL the debris removed. It looks absolutely fabulous! Meticulous workmen! Thank you Best Plumbing!

  Impressed on every level! Lindsey, Kristi and Brandi in the office scheduled us quickly and always kept us up to date on appointments. Richard took time walking me through the ins and outs of furnaces, answering all my questions, and Alex diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently.

  Best Plumbing and Heating gets all the stars!!! I’m not superstitious but Friday the 13th unleashed its fury on us. We had a horrible odor that I couldn’t find the cause of. I finally asked my husband to check the crawl space for a dead animal. He found that one of our shower pipes wasn’t attached and as he followed the pipes, the problems compounded. Several loose pipes in 2 baths and a sewer pipe going out of the house that resembled wet paper. We called plumbers that have done work at our home for years. They wouldn’t come until the next week. We have a special needs child that can’t grasp not flushing the toilet and waiting any longer wasn’t an option. I expanded the search and spoke with Lyndsi at Best. She said someone could come out that afternoon. Jesse was here within a couple of hours, came up with a fix that would get us through until the actual repair could be done. Monday Jesse and Nate returned and worked for 2 days replacing the plumbing for 2 bathrooms and the sewer pipe going to the main that was broken. They were incredible! Mentioned a couple times that they liked their job, they were able to make adjustments on the fly, tested the system 3 times to make sure there were no leaks, picked up every piece of cut off pipe, shards of clay pipe and raked every clump of dirt back into the trench and packed it. Never will we call another company. Customer service and knowledge/expertise at Best was unsurpassed.
