  Needed a small water heater installed after discoveirng that my old one was leaking and close to giving up! Independent installed same day and threir tech was super nice.

  Received your bill. I had some questions about the "Service Work" and the "Service Invoice". I called on April 15th at 3:30 and spoke with Andy who was going to refer my questions to Deb. Didn't get a response. Since then, I have made the following phone calls-----April 16th at 3:30, no answer, left message. April 17th at 9:34, no answer, left message. Called again at 10:39 no answer , left message. Are you still in the plumbing business? Or is it that you are not interested in hearing any complaints?

  Quality Quality work honest price and good clean professional employees showed up looking professional and answered all questions when they installed our furnace on a Saturday so we could reopen on Monday.
