Edit: Just because it's a flat rate doesn't mean it's a fair rate. Had I not chosen to go with Best Plumbing you would have sent me a bill for $89 plus the $46 mileage, and then I would have still been stuck calling somebody else costing me more money in the end. To your credit, you did waive the initial $89 and 46 dollar charge for the first day you showed up.
