  They arrived promptly and solved the problem. However, didn't care for the sales pitch for a protection plan for the answer to a simple question. Had to ask the total cost twice. Also , cost has Increased almost by a factor of 10 in 5 or so years.

  Well they scratched up my new toilet and Scraped my ceiling when they were auguring out my toilet also it was $500 for them to plunge my toilet took about 10 minutes they messed up the toilet with the scratches and the ceiling so I have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the company as a whole feel I was overcharged and now I have to get a new toilet and fix a little scrape on the ceiling the bathroom is brand new everything so yes I noticed all this right after they left.

  My dad’s furnace quit working on January 24 during a very cold stretch of weather. Best was able to dispatch a tech (Jonathan Blanco) not long after I called. The tech arrived and diagnosed the issue. A bad ignitor. Ok no problem. After spending over 30 minutes in his van getting several different estimates ready he came back in and I told him we only wanted him to fix the main issue, not any other minor things that would have jacked the price up even higher. He then told us he didn’t have the ignitor and would have to see if he could get one from Sidney or scottsbluff. If the company didn’t have one he said they would have to see if their supplier could open up and get them the part. I went home to eat lunch and got a call from Jonathan saying he actually DID have the part and had already installed it and got the furnace running. Great! I said I had questions about the estimate though. I said we had no issue with the service call charge or the emergency call out charge. HOWEVER, he had shown me the charge for the ignitor and I was shocked! Rather than having any kind of breakdown of the cost of replacing it, there was a single charge for almost $600. That would’ve been fine if it was maybe a $400 part plus a couple hundred dollars for diagnostics and labor. The problem is that the part itself is anywhere from $20-$60 everywhere online. So how did we get close to $600 for the part with no explanation of what all goes into that price? Long story short, the tech was fine and did an acceptable job. But having a pricing system that basically gouges customers who don’t have much of a choice but to have the work done is unacceptable. It’s very sketchy that he wasn’t able to offer any kind of reasonable explanation or breakdown of the cost. All he could tell me was that part replacement is charged on a “per task” basis. Again, unacceptable. We are happy to have gotten the furnace repaired but will shop around a little more next time we need this kind of repair service.
