Communication was consistent and smooth with daily updates, questions thoroughly reviewed and answered, and preferences were honored. Coordination of service tasks between electrician, plumber, appliance installation made for smooth completion. Highly recommend!

Shawn Loos explained the bid process well, answered all my questions through out the whole process. The Loos construction crew, and all the Sub. contractors they used, were knowledgeable, and nice. I felt they cared about my home needs. My basement was done by the time they said they thought they could complete it, and at the end of each day they swept the construction area and left it neat.
