He called me immediately and came first thing the next morning. Jim accessed the problem knew exactly what was needed. He scheduled the repair for the next day as another storm was headed our way. The repair was done with expert workmanship. I was not only impressed with my experience. I was incredibly appreciative that pride, expertise and professionalism are alive and well at Thompson and Thompson 3rd generation roofing. When spring arrives we will replace the roof and we know who will be getting the job.
