Within one hour the crew promptly arrived and handled EVERYTHING from start to finish. I have also used Husker Demo to rip out a leaking shower, but this was my first emergency situation and I’m so thankful for the peace of mind that I’m not going to have a future mold problem because of their thorough work and comprehensive procedures. Call them!! They will take great care of you!

- BBBrianOct 31, 20251.0My experience with Husker Demo started off great. They were at my house within a few hours and got right to work with their water mitigation. However, this remains the only positive thing I am able to report. As a customer, I was promised a smooth and easy process, however this was not the case. The process was painstaking beginning with Husker Demo being unwilling to directly send over photos and reports to our insurance company. When we were finally able to convince them that they needed to do it themselves, we were met with constant complaining about the process. My insurance company provided a detailed report to Husker Demo as to why specific items and tasks were not covered on 30 May. My insurance company is open and willing to discuss with Husker Demo and has tried to contact Bryson multiple times unsuccessfully. It is now 30 October and Husker Demo has never responded to further explain their position to my insurance company. This whole time I have asked for their response and I was guaranteed it would occur, but it has never happened. What is most concerning is that, despite these unresolved issues and the company’s failure to uphold their end of the process, I am now being sent to collections. It feels entirely unreasonable and unfair to pursue payment when the business itself has not communicated properly or worked with my insurance provider. I hope Husker Demo takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle communication, coordination with insurance companies, and customer service.
