- NBNatalie ButlerMar 18, 20265.0Joe is the most honest guy in the business. We found mold in our attic and we had a few companies come quote. Joe came to inspect the day we called. All of the other companies wanted to charge an absurd amount of money and used scare tactics as I am currently pregnant. Joe was completely honest and said it was not as bad as the other companies said and is charging us a very fair amount of money to fix, he even said it was so minimal we didn't need to do anything which I appreciated. Please do not make the same mistake I did by letting other companies use scare tactics as that is easy to do when you hear the word "mold" - just call Joe and he will be completely honest.
- MLmatt lemieuxJan 19, 20265.0Earlier today I had Joseph Balabous come to my home for an assessment and a quote. My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I removed about 50 gallons of water from my basement, removed my carpet, and placed dehumidifiers and fans all around. I was convinced that I would have to remove drywall because of mold since the same thing happened to my neighbors and they needed their drywall replaced. (It was replaced by Resto Pros btw) Joe came out, took numerous readings, removed some of my baseboards and took thermal readings. He told me that because of our quick actions we took after the flood. He would not recommend replacing the drywall. He could have easily took our money and removed drywall since we were expecting that anyway. He simply told me what he would do if it was his own home. I really felt like I could trust joe and what he was saying and really appreciate his honesty.
