  Unfortunately the 1 star was hard to give. Millard Lumber made a lot of mistakes and promises. We were promised our cabinet color, providing a sample and color and were told by Lowell this could be done. After the order was placed, Lowell retracted on the color and we had to find someone to do this. Our order started mid December and it’s mid April and just received materials. We had to fix drawings 5X and Lowell was working off our architect drawings. When cabinets came in, one was too large and had to be redone. Zero customer service from them, with no calls on mistakes. Our contractor had to hope that a back up to Lowell would get adjustments done right. Lowell is now retiring and we had a lot of details along the way that needed adjustments. We wish Lowell the best, but the details and customer service and ability to not come thru in discussions, were disappointing.

  I would avoid this place, especially for anything involving installation or warranty work. Millard Lumber had to replace glass pane on one of my new Andersen 400 windows. The installation quality was absolutely abysmal and the window looks awful now. Extremely unprofessional and poor quality of work. Furthermore, I was not able to reach anybody to resolve this.

  We bought two series 10 Anderson storm doors with 10 year warranties associated with them and reached out to the company and they would not honor our warranty or provide customer service to us. I would only shop there if you want horrible customer service. Richard Smith is who we reached out to but also know manager Josh Tvrdy will not do his job either. If you want a professional company, I would stay away from Millard lumber!!
