From start to finish, the entire process was professional, transparent, and seamless. Dustin did a fantastic job walking us through our options and helping us choose the right system for our home without any pressure. His knowledge and honesty really stood out. Installation day exceeded expectations thanks to Michael and Paul. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly take pride in their work. They installed our new HVAC system, smart thermostat, humidifier, diffuser, and air scrubber with great attention to detail and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. You can tell this team truly cares about doing things the right way. Highly recommend John Henry’s if you’re looking for quality work and great people to work with.

My mother had gotten a replacement lighting and he realized that that could be used. He walked me through all the steps and the issues and I felt very comfortable with what was to be fixed. The pricing was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!

Usually I see the same faces come out too, which is really nice because they become familiar with my older home! And they are always so nice. I’ve enjoyed working with Shad (electrical) and Kameron (HVAC). Also, the company is very on top of communication, which is important to me.
