  Jim went above and beyond to help us fix our HVAC system. We had called multiple other services who told us to just buy a new HVAC, whereas Jim found the actual problem and quickly resolved it. Our heating/air actually work how they're supposed to now! Even when we do have to eventually replace the whole system, we'll be going through Getzschman for sure!

  Jim did an excellent job fixing our Rheem heat pump yesterday. He was a hard-working, professional, and very personable technician who explained everything clearly along the way. We also switched our thermostat on recommendation, and the whole repair was handled quickly with fair pricing and great timing. Highly recommend Getzschman Heating!

  Brendon was courteous, upbeat and thorough in communicating what he would be doing during the HVAC inspection. As a part of his inspection he did a great job of testing and cleaning the HVAC components which included cleaning debris from the air conditioner cooling vanes. He provided an excellent summary of the inspection and things to look out for going forward. I appreciate his knowledge, demeanor and I have confidence in his recommendations. In addition, I had an excellent experience with Blane. He was clear in his communication when describing what he would be doing during his inspection, water heater flush and installation of a new anode rod. Upon completion of his tasks he informed me about what to look out for and steps to take to extend the life of the heater. I very much appreciate his capability and thoroughness of his communication.

  Mitch from Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job during our service appointment today. He was very personable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all our questions were answered. We really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly approach. Highly recommend Mitch and Getzschman to anyone needing HVAC service!

  Brandon was awesome. Very professional and great to work with. If I ever have an issue again I won't hesitate to call on him and Getzschman.
