  Both guys from G4S that I worked with, Brian and Scott, were incredibly nice and did a nice job. Showed up on time, treated our home with the utmost respect, and were just really easy to work with. Can't recommend them enough.

  This was an annual check up and I’m glad it was done because the battery was due to be replaced and I had no idea it was. I would hate to be without my generator during a storm. That would be defeating the purpose of having it! The technician was professional and explained everything giving me the option of replacing the battery or not. He told me the price of it and left it up to me to make the decision since the battery had a little bit of life left in it. I did go ahead and make the decision to get a new battery.

  Most over priced service I ever received. Seems a lug came loose on the generator side of the transfer switch. Supposedly tightened it and all is good. $250 for a half turn. Thing is, not long ago paid for a complete service on generator and somehow (wink wink) now it’s loose. Not thrilled but definitely way over priced. This is not about the technician it’s just bad business on the office side.
