Finally, over the last six months, I have been trying to work with them to resolve some things that have become compliance issues. They have, overall, been very slow and inconsistent at communicating about next steps. Now we have paid for parts and such in advance as directed and are waiting to receive the promised service, and they have recently been almost completely unresponsive to my follow up questions.
