    Tk elevator scheduled a state inspection of my elevator without doing the required weight testing first. An inspector just showed up and now I have an unnecessary problem with the state.

    DO NOT use this company. They have been a nightmare to work with. Service managers are extremely slow to call or email back. Techs seemingly have no idea what they are doing. Do not get involved in a contract with this company.

    My church called them for service. We prepaid for parts that never came. We called weekly for a status check and always got voicemail and our calls were always ignored. They don't respond to emails. They've been a nightmare to work with.
