  Mike was great to work with - he listened to what we wanted and gave us a fair estimate. His crew was professional and completed the project on time. The wall is built to last with proper drainage and quality materials. We've already had neighbors asking who did the work because it looks so good! Would highly recommend Schmidt Construction for retaining wall work. Great quality, fair price, and excellent service!

They communicated clearly throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and delivered top-quality workmanship. Mike and his crew were respectful of my property, cleaned up daily, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The final result exceeded my expectations — solid craftsmanship and a beautiful finish that shows real pride in their work.

  Mike did a great job throughout the process of talking through everything and keeping me informed on a retaining wall I wanted replaced. He developed a plan to minimize interruptions for me and my neighbors and his crew was very courteous and professional throughout the entire project. I will definitely be looking into having him work on my kitchen next.

  Mike and crew removed an old brick patio and designed and laid a new stone one. The ideas made it much more useable. It is absolutely beautiful. Pictures to come in spring when the gardens have a chance to show it off. Good man!

  I had a big, complex job... gut the kitchen - new cabinetry, new flooring, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, the works. New light fixtures and light switches throughout the entire home. New flooring in 3 other rooms (main bath, sun room, entry way). Paint in 4-5 rooms, also. Not only did Mike and crew do the job promptly (the whole job was finished in 3 weeks, which is amazing), but they did excellent work. Long story short... contract with confidence - these are people with the resources, creativity, and integrity to get your project moving in the right direction!
