When the inspection came back, remediation was recommended and Restopros was listed as one of the trusted companies. Joe and his crew came out, went over the inspection report with me, checked out the area, and gave me a very fair quote. There was no upselling at all, and they were clearly mindful of my budget while still making sure the job was done correctly. When the crew showed up to do the work, they went above and beyond what I expected. The area is now completely free of mold and everything was handled professionally. Looking back, I really wish I had called them sooner. I spent a lot of time stressed knowing there was mold in my basement and worrying about how expensive mitigation could be, and this ended up being a much better experience than I anticipated. I’d absolutely recommend Restopros to anyone dealing with a mold issue.
