- KIKathryn Someone (Intuition)Dec 19, 20231.0I had hired them to clean my air ducts system before I moved into my house and thr guy who cleaned our system broke some of outer air ducts they are completely detached from our floors and pieces of wood were left as a result of the iss and amount other issues. This wasn't even an issue prior I had 2 inspections one right before the duct cleaning was done the other was a month prior. For the price and the issues DON'T DO IT. I deserve a refund and compensation to fix the issue but it was shrugged off when I spoke to a lady on the phone.
