Millard Lumber is your one-stop-shop for home decor and building materials.
Founded in 1948 as Millard Lumber & Grain Company, we've grown to three locations across the Midwest.
I would avoid this place, especially for anything involving installation or warranty work. Millard Lumber had to replace glass pane on one of my new Andersen 400 windows. The installation quality was absolutely abysmal and the window looks awful now. Extremely unprofessional and poor quality of work.
Furthermore, I was not able to reach anybody to resolve this.

We bought two series 10 Anderson storm doors with 10 year warranties associated with them and reached out to the company and they would not honor our warranty or provide customer service to us. I would only shop there if you want horrible customer service. Richard Smith is who we reached out to but also know manager Josh Tvrdy will not do his job either. If you want a professional company, I would stay away from Millard lumber!!

I am having three bathrooms remodeled. I ordered pulls for all drawers and cabinet doors. Turns out the pulls I ordered won’t work for the smaller drawers-something about the way they are constructed. I attempted to return the items and discovered they have a zero return policy!
Unused, still sealed in package, with receipt. Nope! So I am just out of luck.
This is an example of horrible customer service. I will be telling my contractor to warn his other clients of this terrible policy.
I’m sure they have a “reason” but it’s certainly not a positive experience for a customer.
