- PLPam Leaman1 day ago1.0DO NOT BUY FROM lumber liqidators, they will not back their product even if its defective. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A VETERAN. We are getting royally screwed due to a major manufacturing issue with the laminate planks we purchased. We purchased 1200 s/f of laminate planks for our basement. Our installer has been installing this for 40 years plus. He showed us that the planks have a flaw that does not allow them to snap together to lay flat. We took a sample to the Omaha store and talked to 2 different store managers who confirmed that they were in fact defective. We then had to ship an unopened box back to headquarters. After almost a month they now came back to tell us that there is nothing wrong with the floor and they will not exchange the boxes nor take them back without a 25% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE
