My spouse and I decided we wanted to potentially upgrade to a metal roof if possible and talked to multiple reputable companies in the metro area with out much success. A friend recommended Lastime Exteriors whom performed a metal shingle upgrade to his late 1800’s restored barn venue and had nothing but positive to say about their quality of work and gave me their contact information. We met with Bob with Lastime and he took us serious from the start and all we can say this was top notch from beginning to end. Not only did he take over communication with the insurance company (which had been nothing but a headache for the prior 5 months) he showed them all the details and materials they had missed in the estimate which added up to thousands of dollars less out of our pocket to cover the upgrade from asphalt to stone covered steel. Our house now has the best looking profile on the street with this upgrade Lastime Exterior installed.
