After I hung up I felt like a real “Karen”! Not ten minutes later I was contacted back by the nicest man who assured me the ‘problem’ had been taken care of, and made sure I was aware of what exactly happened. They could have very easily brushed me off as another crazy complainer, but instead assured me that my concern was valid and made sure to follow up and finish the job with class. If this is the way they handle all their business, they have a new customer for life! The care and consideration they showed to someone who is not even a paying customer was really impressive, I can’t wait to use this services!!
