- EREma RissNov 25, 20252.0I have tried to go in and spend my money at this store on two separate occasions in the last 30 days. I left both times not being able to do so. Very disappointing customer service. I respect they are a small business. I called to ask if they carried the part I would need. They said bring it in we will find you what you need no problem. So I did. I showed them the part I had, the gentleman guided us to the section that carried the parts we would need. Then he just awkwardly said, well, here ya go... And walked away! We had questions but this man clearly had zero interest in helping us any further. That made us feel quite unwelcome so we left. When we were walking out the front door, we walked right past the man who "helped" us and he was just sitting down doing nothing. I don't know why I get treated this way every time I go in. I don't look like the stereotypical customer maybe that's it. I've heard so many good things about this place & I really wanted to support local business. But for some reason they never seem interested in helping me. Apparently they don't need the business from people like me. My dollars clearly won't be missed by them but wanted to share my off experience. Extremely strange.

But when you have something you need to fix, bring it and show them. They’ll tell you what you have, show you what parts you’ll need and tell you how to fix it. Also been my go to place for window and screen repairs for many years.
