- SNSuh Niba2 days ago5.0I had a couple of plumbing issues at my home. After setting up an appointment, Jesse got there on time. He unclogged the blockage at the kitchen sink. Then changed the forceps in the kids’s bathroom which was dripping continuously. The other repair involved fixing the leaking drain in the master’s bathroom. This was leaking through the ceiling in the garage and needed the use of a ladder and at least 2 Technicians to work on it. Jesse quickly asked for help and once the second Technician came, they patiently worked on it and did an amazing job fixing that drain. The cost of the repairs was also affordable. Thank you Jesse.

Today it was Brendon, last year Ben R, Jim A, Mitch and way back to Aaron and Cameron on the install. All great guys and very professional and right to work checking system, filter, CO and O2 level. I feel we are in good hands and happy we chose Gethzschman for our heating and AC needs No complaints just all praise!

They were able to schedule both together, which was awesome. My plumber was Mike Morales, and he was great. We talked about the flush of the water heater, and sediment content, etc. Sure I will request Mike back to do another flush next season and a general plumbing check up. He also put a proper screw plug in an open/exposed drain spout in the basement from the pervious owners - without me even asking. Furnace service by Chris Brim, also great job. Great info on what he checked out, adjusted & cleaned. Also a great deal price wise to just do a seasonal membership. Quality experience all the way around.
- TTTrentOct 28, 20255.0Absolutely amazing service!!! Patrick Darrah went above and beyond. I had a power surge that fried my water heater completely. He came out and got one installed on Friday. I waited some time to test the hot water and it wasn’t working (nothing from what they did, I had electrical issues and had a bad breaker). He then came out the same day at 8pm at night to check it out and see what was wrong. So I scheduled for an electrician to come replace the main breaker to the house and the breaker to the water heater. Patrick made sure he came out the same day and was here during it all. Once all that electrical work was done, power was flowing correctly to the water heater and he went above and beyond again and stuck around to make sure it wasn’t getting hot and hot water heaters don’t get hot right away. Once again thank you so much Getzchman and a huge thank you to Patrick. Give that man a raise!!!
