When I called, we were placed with Andy A. and I am so thankful he was our representative throughout this process. He was quick with his responses, answered phone calls and text messages whenever I had questions, and made the drive to our home numerous times. He was more than willing to talk to several insurance representatives and advocate for us when it came to our policy, what we were having done to our home, and what we needed. When our roof needed to be put on by a certain time for the insurance company, he advocated on our behalf on why he had to wait, as it would not benefit our home/roof. When the gutters/downspouts needed to be put on our home, he quickly found someone else to put them on when his "normal" guy was out of town. Our family was going through something very personal and we confided in him and he took on the extra work of communicating with the insurance companies on our behalf, so I could focus on what was taking place elsewhere. I am truly thankful we were placed with him and had the opportunity to work with him for an entire year.
