  The experience was cool. We got to experience the operation of actually making the stones into the veneer that are installed on homes. The staff was present and very helpful. Gave us an understanding how the process works. We will definitely use them for other work also. As they can even turn the stone into tike. Very educational as entertaini

  So my review is not even a star but had to give to write a review so I the review process needs work. My recommendation is do not waste your time using these guys unless you have time you want to waste. I went in here several months ago because they were on my builder's list of suppliers for stone. I admit I went in withyan appointment with the salesman I was supposed to talk to Kevin. The lady at the front desk was helpful and we picked Stone out and she said she would pass the information on to Kevin and have him call us, he never did. I called him at least three times and never heard back from him! So I went in again Kevin was not there so the owner spoke with me and I told him my frustrations. The owner told me that was upsetting to hear as they are trying to grow their busy after moving into the new building. He told me he would personally take care us. We picked out the the stone he wrote the information down and what happened after that who knows but when came time to install the stone on our house the builder told me that they couldn't find the paperwork. After a little while longer they said they found the paperwork but didn't order the stone. This was three weeks after we moved in and so still no stone. So fed up with Kevin and Baltazar (fed up is being polite) I went to Fireplace, stone and Patio and I couldn't be happier. While I did make an appointment with Charley I was early and he was at lunch. While I waited the other salespeople there were very happy to answer any questions I had. Charley was right on time for my appointment and was very helpful. The stone I wanted was in stock and ready to go. I was so happy with them I will buy my firepit accessories from them as well. I would recommend anyone needing stone or other items they carry go there ask for charley or I am sure anyone else there would do a great job as well. Baltazar should hang out there a week or two and see how it's supposed to be. In response to your reply, The stone was picked and you wrote it down. Isn't that how it works? You say I didn't respond ? No one from your business tried to contact me. Seems like a lame attempt to defend your poor handling of your job to provide material and installation.
