  Jon and AA Windows 'N' Doors Inc. are responsive and easy to work with. I contracted with them for an entry door a few years ago and was happy with the product and the installation. We are now working on a second entry door and I look forward to the end result!

  I thought the process was extremely smooth and explained very well! All the people I worked with from sales to installation were extremely nice, and easy to get along with. I will be returning for any future door or window upgrades I have!

  We replaced all of the windows in our home with and I highly recommend AA. They were helpful from day one. Gary was straight forward, communicative, and went above and beyond. Our installers were top tier, working quickly and efficiently to beat the cold weather. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and the AA team went above and beyond to field questions, answer them in a timely manner, and resolve any and all hiccups very quickly. Very impressed with this small but mighty business.

  I've worked with AA Windows N Doors a few times over the past 20 years. For this project I worked with Gary Hein & Tom Sceals. I changed the scope from our 1st meeting and they were understanding & knowledgeable. I changed, removed & added options with their help and ended up with the best possible choice for our side exterior door. I am also replacing our sliding patio door. I highly recommend AA!!!

  We have replaced now 16 of our 38 windows with AA. Gary and Tom are delightful and installers terrific too. We have a 90 year old house that had poorly installed replacement windows in the 70’s. When they started to fail we called AA to plan out how to go about staging the replacements. Initially we expected to simply repair a couple windows but every time we had a driving rain from the west we were taking on water like the Titanic. The AA team uses Polaris windows and we spent a lot of time researching and found that in the vinyl window world they are among the best. We got triple pane windows and already notice a different in street/neighborhood noise. They are also so easy to clean - living in the dust bowl that is Nebraska lately, this really matters. Communication has been great, pricing about what we expected (as in, not cheap but you get what you pay for with windows and vintage homes), and the guys are just too sweet for words. Being a recent re-transplant to Omaha I love chatting with folks who are lifers and know my city. I also had them install an egress window at grade which turned into a really long day thanks to the tardiness of the concrete cutting company. Very much appreciated their grace in adjusting the schedule and being patient with us.
