- TJTodd JewellNov 27, 20252.0I had A-1 do the house and garage insurance claim in 2022. Turned that invoice over to the insurance company on a new hail claim in 2024 to find out invoice has no invoice number. The work on the invoice does not match the work they did. The 2024 claim is denied for my windows. Call A-1 several times to get a answer of, they lost that invoice during a business move to a new location. Now I have to pay 5,000 dollars to have my windows fixed.

His crew is courteous & professional as well. We have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship & they are very good about the clean up around the property too after the job is finished!
