I would not recommend this company to anyone. They installed an extremely oversized tankless water heater and a condensate pump in the tiny basement of my small house without giving me an option to choose my own. After the install they didn't know how to change any settings and they handed me the owner's and troubleshooting manuals and left. For power they used 2 of my 30 foot extension cords and ran them all the way to the outlet in my deck causing the breaker to trip constantly. The technician came back and wanted to charge me to install a new outlet in my basement. After I figured out a power source on my own I would get a gas smell when using hot water. I found that the water heater vents right next to my backdoor so my tiny basement and whole house would smell like gas when I use it. I called and now I need a new termination kit installed. I called and the guy gave me a ballpark number over the phone without even looking at it and said don't worry about the smell, we will be fine. Please do not go with this company, they just want their commission.

Bruce was very professional and efficient with his (and my) time today. Very friendly and explained everything he did through the process of checking our plumbing . John Henry’s office even called and I was able to move up my appointment by several days! Thank you!!

We had a main wire short out on our pole. Shot sparks and started a fire at the base of the pole. Scared the dickens out of us. Then next morning we called John Henry's in Lincoln and Tyler came out within 2 hours. Fixed the problem and talked with us about the permanent fix. The wiring we have does not meet the need for 200 amp service. Tyler gave us an estimate for the needed work. He made sure we understood everything before he let us sign anything. Thanks Tyler for being our hero for the day!

Great team to work with. Quick response and courteous service technicians. Lee (Installer) is a great representative of your company. While installing a new water heater they found an issue with electrical line and resolved it quickly and without extra cost. Brandon (Electrician) went above and beyond to identify problem and resolve quickly. I highly recommend John Henry's!

I had called them out Friday the 20th and they have to postpone my appointment and move to Saturday and they came out first with just the kitchen sink plugged, after they unplugged my kitchen sink three days later my upstairs bathrooms and toilets are plugged up. And now they say if I want them to come back out. It cost me around $900-$1000 and they say it’s two separate things. It has nothing to do with it. Saturday they came out just only my kitchen sink plugged three days later my bathroom and my bathtubs very bad job.
