I rented a drop deck trailer and was returning it by 5:00 as I could’ve swore the online rental agreement said. Showed up at 4:12 and the gate was closed and locked. I was just getting on my phone to try to call or figure out what to do when an employee showed up and offered to let me in to drop the trailer. Saved me a trip home and back by seeing me drive by him and turning around after hours to let me in to drop it. Didn’t catch his name but he deserves to be recognized.
