The first technician (Todd) was very knowledgeable and had the patience to tell us (and show photos) what was going on with our furnace. After identifying the problem, the second individual (Abe) sent out (again, on a Sunday) arrived promptly to our home to provide us with potential replacement options. I am so impressed all around, we are so excited to have our new furnace installed!

Brandon checked the furnace out, provided several options of increased improvement, and then ordered the parts necessary to affect those repairs. The following week, Reece took over for Brandon and, on a quoted 4-5 hour job, finished up in about 2 1/2 hours....in his own words "Record Time". Our furnace is like as new again. This was the best outcome we could have asked for. If you need excellent work on your HVAC system, look no further than Star-City. If you have the opportunity, request Brandon or Reece. OR Reece or Brandon. They both provide service like no other.
