    Our HVAC went out after the recent winter storm. We have an 8 month old and it was terribly cold. The company we normally use wasn't available for four days, I called Star City and due to our circumstance they showed up and had our fan running again in a matter of a couple hours. Unfortunately my system was on it's last leg. Abe helped us find programs and wrote detailed estimates for us to consider and made the replacement process relatively painless. Star City is the only company I'll call to take care of my home going forward. All of the techs were amazing as well. I hope management recognizes each and every one of them for their outstanding customer service!

    Furnace quit heating on a cold Sunday afternoon and thought we’d have to wait till Monday for service. My husband called a friend and he got ahold of Star City. We received a phone call within an hour and within two hours we had a repair man coming through the door. Great service and very helpful serviceman.

    We recently started doing business with Star City. They were the only one who came out to help us right away when our furnace stopped working in the middle of below freezing weather. Both experienced with Lou and Todd were very pleasant. They are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for honest advice and help.

    Extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism throughout the buying process and installation for a new furnace and heat pump. Without a doubt, the Goodman system is hands down the best product on the market now (yes, do your own research). The heat pump has a great form factor and the variable speed furnace runs so quietly, it's hardly noticeable. I couldn't be more pleased, and with a major purchase such as this, confident in the right choice.

    We had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and if they weren't going to make it around 1pm they would call and let us know. We verified the appointment with the office the morning of, took off work to be home at noon, called at 2:30 to check in with their office and they said our appointment was 12-5 and he was still scheduled to come; no one ever showed up, no phone call to us as to why or asking to reschedule. Very disappointed especially because we took work off for half the day. Zero communication.
