He did the Job, unit appears to work, I believe with time I shall see if unit shorts again. (I don’t see why it would short) but time will tell. Timely manner, communication and price with and without a membership was clearly explained. I didn’t get the membership, but thought it wasn’t a bad program. Thanks Dalton.

We were scheduled to get services between 8 & noon. At one point around 10:30 I called Star city to check on the status and was told we were next on the list and expect a call to let us know when the the tech would arrive. The Technician finally arrived at about 2:30 after I made a few calls to Star City expressing my frustration. Basically I wasted nearly all day when I was scheduled to have 1/2 day. My rating is the average of zero for the service scheduling and 5 for the technician.

I’m happy to say that the staff are so friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question they were always happy to answer it for me. They are also reasonable priced and don’t have any hidden fees. I will be sticking with Star city till I move out of the state. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.
