- SMSally MarshallSep 16, 20251.0Just FYI the lifetime warranty apparently isn't worth the paper it's written on, when something happens with one of your windows a few years down the road and it won't open and close the service person comes out and tells you the company that built those is out of business now so sorry, we can't get parts for that. We paid a lot for these windows just a few years ago. I would now consider this a very bad situation considering every window in our house was replaced with this type of window that apparently now is unfixable if something goes wrong. How's that for a lifetime warranty?
